Upon graduation from University of California- Berkley, Monica Lopez furthered her studies at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. She served as Chief Operating Officer at Fontainebleau, the largest most luxurious hotel in Miami Beach, from 2000 to 2007. She then served as the Chief Production Officer of Universal Studios from 2008 to 2015. Ms.Lopez was appointed to the President's Export Council by President Barrack Obama in August 2011.  In 2016, she began D.I.V.E. Resorts and now serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

Juan Carlos Lamuno graduated from the Univeristy of Miami with a double major in Fiance and Business Management. He pursued his Masters degree in Wharton School of Business. After receiving the Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences, he became Elon Musk's primary financial and business advisor. After three years of experience, he was hired as the Chief Financial Officer and Sales and Marketing senior manager of the world's leading innovator in the hotel industry, D.I.V.E Resorts.

Alejandro De La Fuente graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a degree in mechanical engineering. He then went on to work for the CIA and work for them for 7 years. After his work with the CIA mr. De La Fuente was offered a job with NASA in which he ensured the safety and security of the astronauts that were sent off to space. After 5 years of his work with NASA the 36 year old decided to get into the private sector in which he became the Chief Technical Officer of D.I.V.E. Resorts, an innovative way of vacationing like never before, underwater. By accepting the role as CTO he accepted the responsibility of keeping the resort safe from any type of inconvenience and making it foolproof.

Sophia Filgueiras is the Chief Information Officer of D.I.V.E. Resorts. Sophia is a graduate of Stanford University, where she received a degree in international business. Following her graduation, she found a job at IBM in the information department. Sophia began to climb positions there until she became the Chief of Information. Later transferring to D.I.V.E. Resorts, once again as Chief of Information, Sophia ranks as one of Top 100 Most Powerful Women on Forbes.

Stephanie Chaviano is the chief production officer of D.I.V.E Resorts. Stephanie graduated as valedictorian of her class at Stanford University with a degree in public relations. While Stephanie was a student at Stanford she was offered an internship at Apple and then later received a full time job after graduation. Stephanie worked in the production division of Apple. Stephanie was then offered the position of chief production officer at D.I.V.E Resorts.
